What is the best way to remove scratches from glass?

I have a shower door that has a build up of hard water stains, hairspray over spray that will not come out. I have tried limeaway, manic easer, vinager, and yes a razor blade. Nothing seems to work and now I have scratches on the door. HELP

I have the same question. I tried CLR last week and it did do a pretty good job. I have tried taking paper towels soaked in industrial strength vinegar and sticking them to the glass and leaving them for a time, but NOTHING gets my doors like new. Hopefully somebody can help?
once the glass is clear, rinse with Rainex. windshield washer fluid. haven't had to clean a shower door in years. a squeegee and rainex, wonderful invention
There is a relatively new company called Norwex. They are experts in cleaning withour harsh chemicals and without doing damage to the surface. They're "ecocloth" is a micro fiber cloth that is amazing. You simply wet it with water and get down to business.
