DIY Corner Fruit Tower

At our house it is all about the fruit, and I was struggling with a good way to keep it contained on my counter. So, I decided to grab some scraps and make my own corner fruit tower. I love it because it does the job, and it is cute at the same time...perfect!
For a full picture tutorial check out my blog post.
After cutting the plywood center out with a jigsaw, I added hardware cloth.
I used scrap wood to make a divider. They were east to attach with wood glue and nails.
Spray painting old dresser knobs and using them as feet.

I love how it turned out, for more photos and details check out my blog post!

The house we are moving into has one of these corners in the kitchen and I can't even reach into it! This is a great idea for fruit and anything else that may need to be out of reach for someone short like me. Thanks for the inspiration.
