Does anyone know how to fix a pocket door? It does not open nor close.

Pocket doors roll on a track at the top. Your door has come off the track. I had this same problem and after repeated fixes we opted to put in a track that encloses the roller on both sides. This involves cutting into sheetrock to replace the track. Instead, I suggest you try and put it back onto the track. You will probably need to take the top piece of door molding off. When you get this off, you will see haw your roller needs to be placed.
Remove the side wood panels. Remove door. Replace runner/track, above.
The top track probably needs replacing
