I purchased this sad table, just aching for someone to love it and give it new life, from Craigslist. After sanding down and re-staining the top a rich espresso and painting the base with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint...she is a beauty!!

I would like to do this to my kitchen table, right now it's an out dated country oak color (it was my Grandparents table and I got it after they passed). Would I need to stain the chairs to match the top? The chairs have several small spindles on them so I didn't want to sand them and thought chalk painting them would be easier. I don't want to mess the table up since this is my first painting project. I need some advice ..

Could you tell me where you got the pretty cushions? I just did old white chalk paint on ours too and I need those cushions ☺️
