Can I paint my popcorn ceiling?

Freezer? Any appliance or quality spray paint for metal on the outside would work. Proper prep is essential: Scuff, clean well, prime and paint. If you don't want to use a spray, I would use a high density foam roller.
Rustoleum makes an appliance spray paint.
You can get appliance epoxy paints at Home Depot or Lowe's.
I painted an old refrigerator that we keep in the garage for drinks, etc. I used rustoleum stay paint, they have a great assort of colors. Take the hardware off before pairing, unless you don’t mind pairing it all. Special note: cover rubberized trim with painters tape.
