They will need to be replaced. Is this ceramic tile? Did the cracks occur because something heavy was dropped or moved over them? Are the cracks aligned or in random places?
If you are on a crawlspace, before fixing the tiles, be sure the floor has good support or it will just happen again.
If on a slab, the concrete slab has cracked. A really good tile person would be able to fix. However, when a slab cracks, usually the tile will continue to crack unless slab is fixed.
This has happened to a few of my tiles too. I usually fill the cracks with spackle, wait for it to dry, then use a dab of touch-up paint (that I've premixed to match the tile). I seal this with clear nail polish (it comes in matte finish too now). Hope this helps!
