    Hi, you don't should cut your roses before winter, only the dead branches, you cut roses after winter, because when its to cold and you cut them to much before winter they would freeze to much down . And how short you should cut depense which rose you have. Climber-Roses only the dead pieces, bushes just about 20 cm over ground over an eye that looks to the outside.
