Master Bedroom in Stripes

When I moved in to my house a few years ago I painted the smallest wall in our Master a dark chocolate brown. I don't know what I was thinking. It made the already small wall even smaller. After seeing stripes everywhere recently I decided to do something about it and paint my accent wall in our Master bedroom. I'm thrilled with the results.
Our wall is 14 feet long and I knew I wanted large stripes. We decided 16 inches would be a perfect width. We marked every 16 inches on the top and bottom and then lined it up with painters tape and made sure it was level.
I wanted the stripes to be subtle so I decided on cream and white. For an extra pop I added 2 packets of Valspar Paint Crystals to the cream. It gives a hint of sparkle to the space.
I love how light and airy our master is now. I might even have to add some more stripes in our house, maybe the laundry room?
