You can buy glass paint to make your own decor OR they have window film of all sorts at Home Depot and online. It’s fun to experiment as they are like clings and some of them are stickers

I put on a disposable glove, apply a bunch of clear silicone caulking and smear it all over my window or door (finger paint) in a thin layer. Allow to dry and if I don’t like the results it’s easy enough to remove from the glass with a razor. Try it on a piece of glass removed from a picture frame to see if you like the looks of it?
