For the time being paint the door and the trim the same color as the walls proving they are a light color
I would paint or replace the doors. Take some citristrip and do an out of the way spot to see what is underneath the woodwork and trim. It may be worth refinishing or just paint it if it doesn't look good.
Rub down and use Exterior wood stain for fences - comes in many colours or Prime - Undercoat -Topcoat Gloss Paint.
Definitely I would paint them, but seal them first wth a primer that prevents bleed through and in case the finish is oil based. If you want to change the look of the doors without replacing them you might consider adding moulding “rectangles” so the doors look paneled.
I would give everything a fresh paint of white. Always the best color to get everything to blend.
