Eyeglass organization needed badly!

I own approx. 5-6 pairs of eyeglasses. ( don’t ask, they were on sale, lol ). My issue is, they are all different styles and I do change out my pairs frequently.
Here is the issue, all of them are in solid, clamshell eyeglass cases making it a task to go through each one to see which pair are in them. Can anyone help me and think of a way to first, get the pile of cases organized and also a way to know which glasses are in which case?

what about using a six bottle pack carrier, you can label each section and stand the cases in each section?
Just put a post it on each case and line them up in a drawer.

Sounds like you got the best answer from Elizabeth. I like that idea too. Just be sure to label the cases is a place where you can actually see the labels.

I love eyewear and have several pair to change out when the mood arises... I hang mine on a necklace holder. They are always handy when I need them ..
If you have a computer or typewriter, attach a printed label to each case that says what is inside - (Reading 2.5) or hand print label(s). You can also write neatly on blue painters tape. I had to do it because I kept mixing them up.
