Almost any plant can be propogated. What are you interested in? Do you know what Zone you are in for successful propogation in your area?
You can propogate any plant that has seeds.
Plant does not have to have seeds. Rooting cuttings in water is all you need to do for many plants. You can buy rooting hormone to increase your chances of success. Ferns produce underground runners, just pull a couple and pot. Plants like bromeliads divide or "pup." Give them time and pluck a pup. Fruit trees grown from seeds are ornamental but if you plan to grow fruit you will probably be more successful with a tree that is grafted onto sturdier root stock. Also look up air layering. Can be very successful.
Succulents are the easiest plant to propagate. Just stick a cutting to a potted dirt then water. Make sure you don't over water it or it will rot. I even propagate hibiscus directly to a pot successfully. Just keep trying if you fail the first time.
