I don't have a question--I have an answer-I had hoirrible itching on my hands and neck. My daughter heard apple cider vinegar would stop it. I used it and never had the itch again. I am old and sometimes wake up jerking. It works on that, too.

Vinegar and apple cider vinegar have hundreds of uses and many books have been written on the subject. I have used vinegar for many things around the house and yard besides cooking with it. Use as a cleanse, disenfectant, helps repel fleas and ticks, kills unwanted vegetation, great if your dog gets sprayed by a skunk, great to rinse you hair to make shiny, and use in the laundry instead of fabric softener.
