The hall way become small swimming pool

Due to raining continuously, the condo I stay cannot stand the strong wind and water coming in the hall way. How?

  • In the US that is a lawsuit waiting to happen. There needs to be proper maintenance crews to handle this. Then put down rubber backed rugs for people to safely walk through without slipping and falling.

    The associations of the condo, needs to see this so they can agree to closing your balcony or deck in .... over time this can damage the flooring if wood is beneath it.

    It sounds like the door is not properly sealing all the way around. Have management put some kind of rubber gasket around the door so that it seals against any weather coming in . I would have them check to make sure the sill is caulked underneath so it does not leak. It sounds like there is shoddy maintenance and construction at your condo complex.

    awl. The only other thing I would do is video tape it and record having conversations with the owners or property association. They have to allow you to protect your home by closing it in or they need to fix it.
