Help! Aphids are killing my prized Hoyas. I've sprayed them with hose

I've washed them with hose and sprayed with aphid killer and in 24 hours they're covered again.

Spraying them with the hose is not a solution.You must use a horticultural oil ,to kill the insects and eggs

You can try mixing about a quart of water with a tablespoon of oil (any kind) and spray the plant making sure to spray on both sides of the leaves and stems. It may require more than one treatment.
