Not the best idea. They both need proper air flow to function properly. Can you post photos so we can offer alternate suggestions?
You can either use louvered doors, or if you do a full enclosure, you must supply oxygen to the gas or oil appliances. Your furnace technician or plumber can tell you the best way to do it.
You could also check with your local fire department. They should be able to advise you what is safe, and what would not be safe to install.
