Small winter scene

Want to make a very small winter scene with little skating rink but haven't been able to find any miniature skaters. Can anyone help me?

Hobby or craft store. I guarantee at this time of year you will find in a train store or any place that carries Department 56 village accessories.

Try try the craft stores or maybe a store that is only seasonal, for just Christmas stuff. You can probably find what you're looking for in the Hallmark Collection of ornaments.
