It was one of the scams you find in your junk mail. Not even worth checking it out. Most are lies that cause you to give them money and end up not getting anything in return for what you do.
Please don't fall for these scams. I see them in the comments section everywhere, including news sites. They're masters at tricking good people out of their money. Be safe. Be smart. Don't do it.
