It’s probably unbalanced, which happens to most of us from time to time! There is a balancer under each corner of the washer. If you can lean on the washer, you may figure out which corner needs adjusting. If not, then set a balance bar on top of the washer, going east and west. Also measure north and south. The low corner will have less liquid on its side of the balance bar. Or you can place a ball and see which way it rolls—toward the low corner.

If none of these attempts show an imbalance, pull the washer out from the wall, remove the back, and clean every part you can get at. Then lightly oil the parts that move. If you see a frayed belt, get a replacement and change it. Or buy a new washer. Parts and labor will probably cost half the price of a basic washer, and other repairs might be following soon. On the other hand, if you are saving for a smart machine with all the bells and whistles, then a repair and tune up may buy you another year or two of good service. Best wishes 😇💞

If you're thinking about replacing it in the future, you'll be amazed at your water and electric savings (I was). It sounds like it may be off balance. Does it make more noise when it spins? If it's a loose belt, there are videos on You tube for pretty much every model ever made.
