Anybody know how to separate something stuck together with A2000 glue

    I wasn't able to nail down what kind of glue A2000 is. Is it a cyano-acrylate type glue? Or is it a construction adhesive? It is very important to know what that "something" is.

      It’s glass to glass. A6000. Tried wd 40. Acetone. And heat.

    Okay, I think we might be talking about cyano-acrylate, something like Super Glue. Good try but I see that once E6000 is cured it is solvent resistant so I don't wonder that acetone or WD-40 did not do the job.


    It is great stuff that has only one Achilles Heel. Shear. So, if you can use a stick of wood from the side and gently tap with a rubber hammer, creating a shear force, it will cause the glue to fracture, hopefully not breaking the glass.
