How would I make compost in a plastic 33 gal trash ?

has anybody done this? or any ideas? or just a bad idea! I only want to use it for cuttings from the gardens,dead- heading. or from pulled weeds( not kitchen scraps)

cut a trap door close to the bottom, replace the plastic with a piece of chicken wire or (we used a piece of fascia left over from the shed build) put in your waste material and add layers of dirt. keep a shovel or long stick handy as you will need to stir it up occasionally to get everything 'working'
