Ideas for potty area on terrace for dog?

Moving to a high rise apartment & dread the trip down for many “walks”. Any ideas on potty alternatives for a terrace that can be easily cleaned?

I would purchase a washing machine tray (Got mine at Menards) and line it with fake grass or potty pads. You can also buy a potty station at any of the pet stores, Amazon, Overstock etc. They are made so that clean up is easy.

Fake grass, real grass grown in a box, or teach him or her to use piddle pads.

You can train your dog to use the potty pads sold for training puppies. It has an odor on it that makes them want to use it. Take it up when needed or used and apply a new pad. They come in bags of 100 so it is easy and convenient.
