Paint or paint-on dye for faded chairs
We are opening a restaurant very soon and have perfectly good but faded (and a few stained) restaurant chairs with fabric backs and seats. Is there any kind of paint or paint-on dye that might brighten these chairs without the expense of recovering? I thought somewhere here I'd seen someone use chalk paint on fabric chairs (?).

There is also fabric paint and an additive that turns any acrylic paint into fabric paint available at craft stores such as Michaels and it is not expensive.
