I need a cheap idea to cover my ceiling.
What do u think about bead board?
- does anyone recommend painting panelling? Does it chip easy?

The white panels that are used in bathrooms, like the tub surround thin plastic or fiberglass? They are lightweight and waterproof. Can cover alot of area with one sheet. I was thinking about them for an old Mini Wini I have. Good Luck.

Probably too late to be of any help but for future reference, i had a very old mobile home once that had actually been abandoned in a field. Of course the roof had leaked and the ceiling had water spots that bled through 5 coats of kilz. An employee at a local Lowes told me to spray the spots with cheap hairspray (Aquanet or something similar) and then paint them. Worked like a charm! Water spots never bled through after that.
