Affordable Antique Hardware for Kitchen Cabinets, Drawers, or Closets.

Easy
Did you know oil rubbed bronze knobs, drawer pulls, and door knobs can be sanded down to the copper for a unique, affordable alternative? I realized it when we were making over our kitchen. I ran to Home Depot to find affordable knobs, etc, but something I hadn't seen before. I settled for these, and realized that if I sanded them down, they stood out up against our black cabinets, and looked gorgeous up against our white cabinets. I was amazed at how easy it was. I'm also sharing other hardware tips & tricks I've learned along the way. Just click here: http://redheadcandecorate.com/4/post/2014/03/antique-hardware-doors-kitchen-cabinets-drawers.html
The cabinet knob, drawer pull, and door knob were all sanded down by hand and then polyurethaned.
