How To Install A Door Knocker The Easy Way Without Hardware

If there’s one thing that pretties up a door, it’s got to be a door knocker. I’ve always loved them and wanted one, but the thought of drilling holes in my metal door always deterred me from installing one. If you have a love for door knockers and always wanted to install a door knocker too, then you are going to love this easy solution – no drilling required!
I found this beautiful horse door knocker on sale and since I love horses so much, I knew it was the right fit for our home. I had it for a few weeks before it dawned on me that I can install it easily with velcro and not have to do any drilling on my front door!
I wanted to only get Velcro Industrial Coins to install it as I knew it would be good and secure and the coins would fit perfectly on the backside of the door knocker. These fasteners are excellent for indoor and outdoor use where extra holding power is needed.
It was so easy to install and literally took about ten minutes from start to finish. I love simple solutions!
This was such an easy solution. I didn’t even remove the label on the back either! It’s been up for over a week now, and it’s as secure as can be!
Then, I added the sticky side of the Velcro directly on top so it would line up perfectly on my door. No measuring, and it was hassle free!
All I had to do next was find the sweet spot on my door where I wanted the door knocker and pressed it to that spot using as much force as I could. Done and done!
I am thrilled with the way it looks. Now, I have a beautiful door knocker, and it was as easy as could be to install!
