Dining Room Wall Decor {Changes}

Last week, I told you how I find the living room the hardest room to decorate. Well, the dining room is the second hardest for me. I've just made a few changes though. Come see!
I have always wanted a mirror in the dining room. I think it just makes the room a touch more formal.
The mirror is large, so I had a hard time balancing out the other side.
I finally did a quick lamp makeover to help in the balancing.

I love what you did. It's a bit too busy for me on the buffet. I would edit out a bit. You want that buffet to be the showpiece! Kudos for going asymmetrical, that's harder to pull off. Good or bad, an idea just popped into my head. How about adding a strip of washi tape inside the mirror frame in a blue and gold print? Or maybe a print runner that hangs over the sides? I feel like it doesn't need a makeover, just a bit of lipstick, lol. You have a unique flair for style, thanks for sharing.

I like everything I see, but I too feel it is a bit busy with too much small stuff. That buffet is drop dead gorgeous.
