You can but have to take out the edge to the spot where the bad plank is. Then replace the the bad boards and put the rest back in place .
Technically, it IS possible to do, however not often recommended because of the high risk of damaging many other boards while removing them to get to that 1 you wish to replace. If you DO attempt this, make sure you have a good amount of extra material to replace any pieces that break during removal.
