How do I paint a 50's bathroom/sink/counter?

In the day of those cutesy scalloped sinks with counters perhaps it gave them one of those tickles up their legs, personally I hate both of them. Anyone know or what product can I purchase to give it an updated look? I would appreciate any help with my thanks.

going to get that done...I did find a product on the Net and with instructions I am going to grab my courage and paint brush and once painted I will share. Thanks ahead of time Shelley, since using this new Win10, it's been playing my nerves like a violin especially with pictures. ((hugs))

I know exactly what you mean, I had one in a house years ago! They ARE ugly, aren't they? OK, I think I found a video you can look at, and I know Rustoleum has a good Countertop Pain also. I hope this helps.

Bless your heart Rose, what I found was a product called "Homax". given time to cure and dry and apply. I am going to try this, always with a little prayer before I tackle the unknown, but hey, if another tried it and it turned out beautiful...I say, why not...wish me luck and thank you again.
