Use block fill, call around for best price. Or if no scrubs in the way - Look at Georgia Pacific products that you can attach to the exterior, or call a sub contractor with the right tools. Not a DIY job.

Make sure all blocks have a cement around them, and no cracks. If there is a crack, or missing putty, you may have to wait till spring to fix them, for it may be too cool up there now, to do it this yr. Best wishes, J.
