yes, you can! these are the ratios:
2 cups hair conditioner (Pick any scent you like!)
3 cups white vinegar
6 cups hot water
Yes, mix one part vinegar, one part water and one part conditioner in a bottle. Mix well.
Or....just use vinegar on a cloth....throw in with clothes as they are drying.
