steel wool pads like SOS might do the trick or Bar Keepers Friend.
Place very hot water and a few drops of dish soap in the sink, cool, then wash with soap and hot water
Or
Baking Soda & Vinegar 1: Liberally sprinkle baking soda to cover pot lid, pour white vinegar over, enjoy the theatrics, wash with soap and hot water;
try spray on oven cleaner - best used outside because of the vapours
