Not that I am aware of, but I could be wrong. I would be afraid of the harshness of the chemicals being used, especially in a kitchen. Chances are it would have to be alcohol based to evaporate. Is there a reason you do not want a wipe down cleanser?
The only cleaner, like you are describing, is used to clean tires on cars...
All the others require wiping off... and the wiping action helps with the cleaning process.
actually there is another cleaner.. sold only to professional services. i havent seen it on a shelf at any of the stores i frequent....i work for a cleaning company. its called nabc a janitor supply shop might be able to get it for you.

Most cleaners I know need to be wiped either with a paper towel or the like ( I love using magic eraser )
I missed the cleaning solutions for upholstery.
I abandoned the project because it was going to be too difficult. A small counter top appliance needed cleaning on its inside. I could not reach all areas to wipe down. Retired that roaster.
Force of nature doesn't always require wiping. I love it for my kids toys, high chair. I think to sanitize you don't wipe too disinfect you wipe. Forceofnature.com is the website I believe. No chemicals and kills everything basically as if it's bleach.
