    What is your decorating style??

Florida kitchen, removed awful orange flower wallpaper, painted pretty blue. Yellow tile back splash, painting I think. It's the dark frame around white doors and drawers.

Perhaps you can paint the walls and add a tile back splash instead of painting the cabinets. White cabinets are the trend right now.

You could try to replace the knobs and pulls on the cabinets for an updated look. You could also paint them, but that is such a big job - I only recommend doing it if the cabinets are in terrible condition and you have lots of time and patience.

Because white cabinets are sort of a non-item, meaning anything will go with them, what about some of these or just one or two

    1. change out the hardware

    2. Invest in additional lighting

    3. Wallpaper or paint the kitchen

    4. painting only the bottom cabinets

    5. add moulding or be bold and paint the existing moulding a dramatic color

Changed 70's ugly orange flower wallpaper to pretty blue paint and changed out hardware. Installed awesome ceiling fan. It's the ugly dark formica trim outlining the doors and drawers.
