Try a local pool store. Even an old pool liner cut to size would work.
You can Google vapor barrier for a crawl space. It comes in various mil. It also comes with a string reinforcement so it can be walked on. The other option is roll roofing like put on flat roofs. It's hard to handle due to the weight and will have seams you will need to join.
