You can buy the pint size containers of paint and paint 3 x 3-foot patches in the room. Make sure to paint next to windows, back walls, etc, to see how each color looks in the natural light and darker areas of the room. This listed site is old but shows you the sample sizes and sometimes you can get them as inexpensively as 99 cents each.

There is an app that will show you the latest when you show the color of paint but I think you take a pic of the room first.
