U have good results with Lucite with no primer added, or Color Place from Wal-Mart. Both paints can be color matched and good coverage.
Go to a proper stand alone paint Store. Most will offer a decent washable interior paint in the $15 - $25 per gallon range. Prep is the key, wash the walls and let dry thoroughly, and use a good primer like Kilz or Zinsser. Then your paint of choice. Just remember you get what you pay for. If you paint often, cheaper may be the way to go. If not, save your money and purchase the best quality you can afford. See if these links help.

I use Nautica paint. I love it....It is paint and primer in one. Costs about $27 a gallon. I buy at Menards..
I use Home depot's Glidden Paint works great and its cheaper than Behr for indoor painting.
Just remember using a good quality paint and paying a little more will in the long run be cheaper. Inexpensive paints will not hold up. I have used Glidden and it it like water. Behr is rated number one for several years and holds up.
