I want to use 12x12 pre-set riverstone as a replacement. Need to know what products are available to ensure slope is correct, right mortar and grout to use as well.

Are you totally replacing your shower pan? Or are you just redoing the tile.

Check with your local home improvement store or tile specialty store (we have a Floor and Decor in our area) that has every thing you need to re-slope your shower floor (or construct a new one, pre-formed or from scratch). Make sure to properly water proof the area under your floor to prevent future problems.

Because of the contour in the floor needed for drainage... most of the larger formats do not conform well it... there are mosaic tile sheets (with a mesh backing) that work much better for this purpose. I have seen several river stone versions in these sheets for as little as $10 per 12in X 12in sheet (our Floor and Decor has several of these) You lay them like you would any tile, using thin-set and then grout as usual.
