We have had sucess extending and diverting rain gutters, bulid up low areas with reseeding, putting in plants and shrub beds in to get rid of pooling water afrer rain ans muddy areas.
I once had an area where the neighbor overwatered and it got into my back yard. I dug a hole about two feet deep in the corner and the water drained into it nicely. Since the sprinklers weren’t always on, it worked well for me. If the water source is constant, there may be a leaking pipe somewhere.
Improve drainage also, sometimes having a lawn de-thatched and aerated is the solution. You can rent this equipment from an equipment rental place or have a yard maintenance company do it.

Best thing would be to figure out where the wet originates and put in a French drain at that spot.
