    the drill is a bit too small for a contractor but I wouldn't hesitate to keep one at home. I would have to go with the compound miter saw in this group as the tool of choice.

    electrical apparatus' and boxes. Electrical stuff is a bit costly and so is the concrete saw blade rental. Long cut = big price. And don't forget the jack hammer rental.

    wall there may be utilities inside the hollows. If your careful to not go too deep you should be ok.
