Paper or on your computer, phone or tablet?
I personally have an 8 x 10 monthly calender that goes with me everywhere but there are any number of systems out there to use, you just need to find out which one works best for your individual needs. If for business purposes, most insurance (E&O carriers), and for auditing purposes require a "paper back up file" of some sort too along with backed up computer files.
Here are a few really helpful links, hope this is what you are looking for!

Have fun!
Naomie Moore, I thought I was the only one. My next year’s calendar is 10”x12”. I had to buy one in Oct. because our next doctor appointments are in Feb. and later next year. Some days, I have up to 3 appt., and hubby may have another, on different sides of the city. I’d rather haul my calendar around with me than deal with dueling apps and websites to make sure we don’t miss anything.
I love the personal planners you make yourself but the calendars are nowhere large enough. So, for now, I’ll do it my way. 😇
Check Pinterest for Personal Planner Template examples. Choose one that fits your lifestyle, and print enough pages to make a small notebook. Add in all of your dates, info and appointments, etc. It can also be used for journaling, etc if desired.
I buy a personal planner from Dollar Tree each year. They come in various sizes and colors.
The few times I have thrown away an old calendar, I have regretted it. Thanks for the positive thoughts. 😇
