How do I build a fence with Island Stone?

I have large, heavy pieces of Island Stone which have large, heavy pieces of Island Stone which was the old foundation for our home. I want to take these and create a wall/fence with them, what is the best method to do this?

My vote is to hire an experienced Stonemason. Building a stone wall wall is not only beautiful, but a piece of art. Not a typical homeowner DIY since the stones sound like they are large and cumbersome. If not completed properly, it could be really dangerous if they dislodge for any reason.
