I used a metal kitchen scraper. I wish I would have gotten these as my hands were killing me. It also helps to have a rolled up towel or old piece of carpet for your knees. It goes pretty fast but you will be on your knees a bit so a cushion of some kind is helpful as well as getting up every so often.
