Hi there, the lazy susan should have some obvious screws in the top of its pole and in the bottom that should make it possible to remove so you can clean under it.
Use copper water pipe, a piece the length as needed, stuck into a cork. This goes into the nozzle of your vac. This can get under the lowest tray. It should be mostly dust and crumbs.
