Fold the liner up from the bottom to the length you need, leaving the magnets where they are. Either glue or sew the liner at the new hem line. The liner will be even heavier at the bottom with the hemline folded this way and will stay in place better than ever.
Use cayenne pepper and chili pepper. It really works!
