Up-cycled Wine Bottle Nautical Theme Candle Holder

We have so many friends with summer cottages and pool parties, I thought I would make these to take as "thank-you" gifts for allowing us to share in the summer fun! After you get the hang of the bottle cutter, they are so much fun to make. You can personalize them any way you want. ( HINT-HINT.... if you are doing the score, hot/cold method.. water needs to be at a gentle boil. 2 different bottles, same theme different embellishments. I did use a glass frost on the bottles to hide the hardware inside. Fun Project to get me in the spirit of SPRING and Summer!
