How do I clean a cooking tray that got left in the oven ?

I accidentally left a tray in my convection oven and now everything was baked in solid
Help How do I clean it ??

place fabric softener sheets on the pan. Pour very hot water in the pan and let sit over night.
Oven cleaner
Easyoff oven cleaner will do it but spray it on outside. May need to do a couple times.
Oven cleaner. Use it outside and put the tray inside a black plastic garbage bag. Let the sun (if you have any this time of year) cook it. Just be sure that you seal the bag very well.
