Re-upholster the seats with updated fabric, and new foam, cotton batting and/or dacron. If you want something totally new, repaint/stain before you reupholster.
All the above, depending on the furniture you could paint them first and reupholster. Or if you just want a change make seat covers in a lovely fabric. I use brown paper or newspaper to make a pattern, using this to cut out a slip cover, depending on your skills you can make simple tabard types or full covers and easy to launder and change for the different Seasons or occasions.
