It's best to make a template first. You can use a paper bag or some other heavy paper, Lay the number sing out and trace around it and mark out the holes for the screws. Use the paper template to mark the brick with a Sharp marker then use a hammerdrill to drill the holes with the appropriate size bit for the anchors, plastic anchors will work well. S
