How do I strip a wallpaper border?

If it is strippable paper, it should come off with no trouble. If not, you will probably have to wet border with a sponge and use a scraper to get it off of the wall.
very hot water & vinegar. spray well , wait 5 min . It dhould peel right off. Use 1/3 viner to a pint of water in a spray bottle. Have plenty of rags ready as it will run down the walls. The more expensive way is to go to a paint and wallpaper store and get a stripper, but hoestly it cost more and does not do any better of a job!
